Are you ready to be blessed and be a blessing?

If you are ready to be blessed and to be a blessing, then get your oil blessed and get ready to receive and ready to give. Get your bottle of anointing oil ready be it already blessed and ready to go or be it a bottle of olive oil that you and or others prayed over to be blessed or be it a bottle of commercial cooking oil that you get blessed and set aside for God’s holy work.
Now read this missionary letter sent to me from a fellow watcher even as you are and with her permission I fully blog this letter:

Women in Orissa Transformed in WTWMC!‏
Greetings to you from India!
We want to thank you for standing with us in your prayers and support. We greatly appreciate it and would like to give you an update on the Women To Women Mentorship Conference (WTWMC) held recently in the state of Orissa.
For weeks prior to the conference we knew that we were in for a battle, but we also knew from previous experience that no matter what came if we did not give up we would reap a harvest. We faced one hindrance after another and as the WTWMC drew closer we were met daily with negative news.
We could have canceled and no one would have blamed us.
The team that joined us from the US was also in for a rough ride. In fact this was one of the hardest trips our teams have ever had to endure. Thank God they had the same mentality “if you don’t quit you will reap!”
Nothing could have prepared us for how oppressed the women were even though we knew that after the previous years slaughter of 100’s of believers there would still be a lot of grief. The first night of meetings hopelessness prevailed.
Many women had been told not to attend the conference, so these that came were under intimidation to say the least.
Somewhere in the midst of hammering away at the hardness, a smile or two broke out, the women began to open up and one 80 year old woman broke from the crowd and began to dance. The next several days, curses broke like glass, divorces were canceled and many were healed and launched into ministry. In the end 350 women were challenged and changed. Over 100 children were loved on and ministered to. And not one on the ministry team remained the same.
After our departure the calls began to come. During the meetings each woman had received a gift from our Pastor’s wife, a small bag filled with potpourri and a bottle of anointing oil. We encouraged the women to lay hands on the sick or massage the feet of the husbands who were giving them trouble! The first call came from one family whose elderly partially paralyzed mother was sent home to die. After anointing her with oil, the next morning she was up and serving her household totally healed. Another woman called stating that after she massaged her alcoholic husband’s feet with the oil he stopped drinking!
One business man who had served as staff during the event approached us. “You have no idea what has happened here. The women of Balangir, they are quiet and shy, they don’t converse one with another. When I picked up the women to bring them day after day, they were laughing, talking, boldly declaring what they were going to do. They also never dance like that.”
Another exciting thing is that this conference was funded by women in the US who stepped forward to sponsor the women in India. On so many levels this truly was a “Women to Women” Mentorship Conference. Orissa will never be the same. Thank you!

This example is for you too. Be obedient to the Lord Jesus and ready to anoint with oil as the women of the letter did. Be ready to pray for others when asked and most importantly be ready to make sure God gets all the glory for what happens as a result of your obedience to Him. No matter who you are in the Lord, realize God is working today for and through all of us; one and all like it says in Mark 16:15-20 [KJV]:
“15And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature.
16He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved; but he that believeth not shall be damned.
17And these signs shall follow them that believe; In my name shall they cast out devils; they shall speak with new tongues;
18They shall take up serpents; and if they drink any deadly thing, it shall not hurt them; they shall lay hands on the sick, and they shall recover.
19So then after the Lord had spoken unto them, he was received up into heaven, and sat on the right hand of God.
20And they went forth, and preached every where, the Lord working with them, and confirming the word with signs following. Amen.”

Why the oil? Mark 6:13 [KJV]
“13And they cast out many devils, and anointed with oil many that were sick, and healed them.”

Also, are we not in the latter reign? And isn’t the latter reign to be greater then the former? [I will let you find that scripture for yourself.]

It is good to be keeping the watch with you. I find myself more greatly informed with information watching with you and looking at your input as you send it to me. Last night my prayer was to blog something special and significant about our God; Father, Son Jesus Christ, and Holy Ghost so when this came in this morning, I can’t help but be glad to blog it. I was going to slow down the blogging to two or three times a week but I do like this that was sent to me this morning so I will blog it yet today.
God bless you all and, seriously, get going! Get your oil ready for God to use you right where you are at, be it family or friends or whoever He leads you too! Shucks, anoint and pray over yourself! And give God ALL the glory always!
